Thank you for supporting our woodworking shop! Each piece we create is handcrafted with care in Middlebury, Indiana, and we want to be transparent about our process and shipping timelines.

Processing & Production Time

All of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for your item to be crafted before it is ready to ship. We take pride in our workmanship and appreciate your patience while we create your piece.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped promptly. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping cost of $9.99 will be added at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, material availability, or carrier issues. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
